Inventory Purchases Enter Total Due, not Unit Price
Not all items have a easy to calculate or constant conversion value. So I can't do Accounts Payable without a calculator handy. Cougar's focus on unit prices of an inventory item looses track of the important part. PAYING MY VENDOR TO THE PENNY. So a 1,000 piece order which cost $6,282.43 can't be entered without an additional line to handle the round off errors.
Cougar enters this as a $6,282.00 order as Cougar has a 4 place accuracy for unit prices in inventory.8 votesThis has not been started at this point. We are looking into it and putting it in our list of things to.

Sales tender limit
When a sales person overrides a tender limit, we need to record who did the override of the tender on the tender line

PO approval chain
I would like to have a way of approving a PO though a chain of people before it can be printed and/or sent to a vendor for actual fulfillment. Maybe allow certain (most) Buyers to enter POs and those Buyers have a manager's buyer code on them and a requires management approval check box. The manager can put notes on the PO and return it or approve it. If a manager approves it and they also are required to get more approval then it shows up in the next manager's list.

Manage Virtual items in Inventory module
I would like to be able to enter items into Inventory which I carry no stock of, that I sell to customers and not have my on-hand quantity perpetually negative. For example I make an e-book, I expense the e-book when I make it into cost of goods sold and then I put a zero last cost on the item. When I compare my revenue to my expenses I can see if I made a profit, I don't have to do zero cost adjustments to get my inventory back to zero. I can see who I sold it to in…

Immediate Checks in PO
When I Receive a PO, I would like to be able to make a check for it at the same time instead of having to go to AP after I post PO and pay the bill in Pay Bills. This would work similar to how Immediate Checks works in AP, but does it in PO Receiving.
