Account Impact Summary checkbox
For the module Print Options, make available the option to always print the Account Impact Summary in the Edit Reports. Currently I have to remember to check the box every time and I'm terrible at remembering to do that.

Missing data for reports needs added to all reports ASAP
It happens over and over again when we want to customize any of the Crystal Reports. Not all of the data from the various tables are present. We then have to create additional data sources within the reports that do not always cooperate nicely. One example is printing Purchase Orders Integrated with Job Cost. The information is input to the PO but not available to the PO report forms.

add rights option to user(admin) to Close/Exit the remote Sales register
As to post the Sales transactions, the sales register has to be exited.
But due to some circumstances, the cashier forgets to exit the register and closes the showroom.
When the accounts team tries to post it shows the message that the required register is not exited, so the register cannot be posted, and posting have to be postponed to next day.
I appreciate if any option is added in admin area level, that user with the right set, can close / exit/kick out the user/register manually, so that posting can be done on the same day.3 votes -

Allow the option to input a line in AP Allocation Codes edit option.The option to add a new line in an existing AP Allocation Code would allow GL Expense Accounts to be kept in numerical order without having to retype all lines.

PO Purchase Orders MLI Multi Location Inventory Default Location per buyer
When using MLI in Purchase Orders, it always pulls the first location-based on the location name. The first location is not always the MAIN location you want to receive orders to post for, and it causes issues if the users do not catch it when placing or receiving an order. Also, we need to be able to set a default location for the entire Denali for performance issues.

Account filter under GL Advance report group codes
It would be helpful to have the account filter option when adding new account numbers and setting up new report groups. We have a rather large chart of accounts.

save it to all our locations
When we Add/Modify any Stock code, we have to save it to all our locations manually.
Please provide us update or patch for Inventory Module, if we make entries in MAIN Location (Warehouse). It should save information to all locations the for Stock codes after clicking Save.

Pricing: I have many items I bring in as a (Package of 100) but sell as individual parts.
Example: I bring in a package of 2500 screws, but I sell them individually. Is there a way to handle such a situation without having to being them in under one part number as sell them under another.

Handheld Cougar Mountain Software Device
I think it would be very useful if there was a handheld device that could connect directly to Cougar Mountain Software without needing to be at a desktop computer. It would be very helpful for our salespeople to be able to just scan an item while out on the floor with customers to see how many we have left in stock. It would also help us correct inventory errors faster, without having to print out a physical report and manually check each item on the floor.

Payroll Paid Leave Time Warning for Imported Daily Units of Time
The current version 10.2 warns the user when an employee does not have enough leave time while inputting pay through the process payroll screen. It does not warn the user if you use Daily Units to input your payroll and therefore allows the employer to overpay vacation and other types of leave.

Moving Payments & Credits from one customer acct to another in A/R
Creating a task in the A/R module that allows us to move payments and credits easily from one customer account to another without effecting G/L or Bank Rec since its only moving. We have several customers with multiple accounts and they occasionally will want to use a credit from one account to pay an invoice on another account.
The step we have to take to do this now are completely ridiculous.
We can transfer money from our banks on our phones a lot easier.4 votesThank you for the suggestion. I’ve set this to be reviewed by our development team.
In the meantime, if you want to transfer between customers, make sure you are using codes 2 and 5 and not 3 and 4. Using 2s and 5s will ensure it doesn’t hit your BR, and the GL entries will cancel each other out if set up correctly. Entering Invoice data on received PO's should have a GL date to dictate what period the invoice belongs in.
We accrue for open po's at our month end. Some vendors do not invoice us for a number of days, but we are not able to use the vendor invoice date as it would post back into a closed period.

Put Budget Info back onto the Account Maintenance lookup screen
Allow the Budget Information to be back onto the GL Account Maintenance lookup screen like it was in CMS Pro. When I'm wanting the YTD balance info and budget info for a single Chart of Acct number, it was much easier to go to the Account Maintenance tab and look up an individual chart of account number than running a report for the information. Sometimes we just need to see the info without running a report, especially for individual accounts.

Payroll check printing should work like all other reports and allow you to display it to the screen.
It would be very handy to review payroll checks on screen before being forced to print them. All other reports in the Denali allow you to go to the screen.
