One suggestion for Christy, you can click on any column heading and re-sort so that brings it to the top (it's defaulting to trans# order so click that - descending vs. ascending).

I need to clarify...In CMS Pro the Pay Rate Codes allowed were only numeric "1" - "2" - etc. and so (as a BP) all our users that have converted from PRO, do not get the 5 character alpha codes you now allow in Denali. For new Denali customers, this is great - 5 character length is fine. The problem is with PRO CONVERSIONS, we can't change the "1" to "ADMIN" or "2" to "WATER" etc. on the EXISTING, CONVERTED Pay Rate Codes (these would also help identify Program Codes/Dept. used for that pay rate). The description would help on pay entry screen, but still wouldn't print for employees on pay stubs (which currently prints code). I do think it would also be a helpful feature for all users because as Pay Codes are added, might be useful to change some existing codes.

I'm requesting a similar Approval to Pay online feature or Report (or Payment Vouchers) that governing bodies (board/council) can review and “sign-off” on for bills that are approved for payment

Also, perhaps use the due date on AP bills to "pop up" a reminder. Perhaps stating that a bill is due in xx days. (user could define days in advance to be reminded).
