An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for asking! You can print or view a report with all the shipping addresses for each customer. You can run the report for a single customer or a range of customers. The report can be accessed by going to your Customer Maintenance window, then clicking on the Billing/Shipping tab. Once there, after you hit the Edit button, you need to click on the Additional Shipping Addresses button. In the window that opens, you will see a print button. Click on that button, and you can run the report with your chosen filters. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please call us at 800-390-7053.

This idea has been submitted for future development.
An error occurred while saving the comment Shawna, if you have questions about reversing credit card payments in our system, please reach out to our support. Denali still requires double entering to protect the audit trail, but if you have questions in the best way to do it, we'd be glad to help you.

An error occurred while saving the comment Donny,
The committed quantity is the number of items that are in inventory, but already committed to a customer via a work order, invoice or layaway. If you believe there is an issue with this function, please submit a Technical Support ticket at 800-390-7053, and we can have a technician diagnose the issue. -

An error occurred while saving the comment We intentionally kept the pay rate codes short to keep the entry process quick. Would it help to put the pay rate description on the pay rate entry screen?

Thanks for your feedback!
We are already researching our options for this and anticipate beginning to migrate to the cloud sometime next year.
We are very excited about the possibilities this will provide for our customers!
This represents a very significant investment for us, so we want to make sure to do it the right way for our customers. We will be soliciting feedback in the coming months from our customers on this very subject, so stay tuned!
An error occurred while saving the comment We do use the lean/agile approach, and in the last year it has reduced our response time and time-to-market exponentially. Our customers do not have to purchase an SQL license. When you buy Denali, you get a functional version of MS SQL Manager. There is no reason for any of our users to purchase a separate SQL Server license. Only those who wish to develop beyond the scope of or software would need to do this.
