    We are already researching our options for this and anticipate beginning to migrate to the cloud sometime next year.

    We are very excited about the possibilities this will provide for our customers!

    This represents a very significant investment for us, so we want to make sure to do it the right way for our customers. We will be soliciting feedback in the coming months from our customers on this very subject, so stay tuned!

    Or - you could just capture the signature at POS within the Genius system and we would not have to reproduce the invoices when sending a statement just so the customer can see the signature.

    I totally agree with these other comments. One reason we moved to Denali was security and upgrades are very hard for us to get on the system (someone needs to work the weekend) and file merge documents are not available readily or in any kind of logical order. (Printing to "Report" who knows where on the many drives we have available)

    Thanks for the idea!

    We are constantly re-evaluating our reporting formats, and this is a great suggestion!

    Many of our customers have requested more information to be printed on the check stubs, so the font size has been reduced in order to fit the needed fields on it.

    In the meantime, you might contact our custom report services to help modify your current format to be more readable for you.

    Personally - all of your check/report/receipt features could be more user friendly - could have better support - and be all around easier. It is capable and available in most software systems.
