Put CMS on the cloud
By having CMS on the cloud, especially with a responsive design website, The benefits for customers would include:
Access from anywhere
No more upgrade nightmares
Not dependent on poorly configured systems
Automatically mobile from iPhone, Android, or any smart phone
Cut way down on support calls
Thanks for your feedback!
We are already researching our options for this and anticipate beginning to migrate to the cloud sometime next year.
We are very excited about the possibilities this will provide for our customers!
This represents a very significant investment for us, so we want to make sure to do it the right way for our customers. We will be soliciting feedback in the coming months from our customers on this very subject, so stay tuned!

We would DEFINATELY NOT NOT NOT use this feature.

We do use the lean/agile approach, and in the last year it has reduced our response time and time-to-market exponentially. Our customers do not have to purchase an SQL license. When you buy Denali, you get a functional version of MS SQL Manager. There is no reason for any of our users to purchase a separate SQL Server license. Only those who wish to develop beyond the scope of or software would need to do this.

I'm glad you have this on the table.
Now customers don't have to purchase SQL Server license and you can charge a fraction of the current price.
From your wording, it looks like you are taking a waterfall approach in this.
I suggest more of a lean/agile approach.
This will yield an earlier product release that is more in tune what customers really want.
Thanks for the quick response.
