Fix "Inventory Component Requirement Report"
The Inventory Component Requirement Report contains obsolete descriptions. If you change the Description of an IN Stock Number the Inventory Component Requirement Report will show the original description instead of the correct description. IN Understock Report updates correctly, so why doesn't Inventory Component Requirement Report show the current description?

Normally, any issues should be verified through Technical Support, but due to the simple nature of this, we can verify and correct it without a ticket.

advance report Group Codes
Add Selection to "Print Advance Report Group" description on report like Advance Filters has. It is a lot clearer that a Advance Report Group is applied

If an order is backordered could the comments listed with the order stay with the backorder items.
Could comment entered in Order Entry stay with the invoice even if the item is backorders. Make comments dependent upon the line item as opposed to the order as a whole. If a comment is posted below the line item it will stay with the line item even if backordered.

Date for stock value report
I think it would be great to be able to filter stock value by date. We just completed out inventory and correcting errors in it but the current report is 6 days old and we would like to be able to go back to reprint it. Thanks

Reports in AR - Number of Sales
I would love to see number of sales within the collection and master accounts. This is very important for collections. If you had 100 sales that year then you have other experience within that account. If it's your only sale then you probably need to see what the problem in a lot quicker. It's never been included and yet so important to give you an idea of how steady this customer is. Thanks!

Make ALL Denali reports able to output directly to an Excel file.
The ability to manipulate data in a spreadsheet can make things much easier. What if all the reports from Denali could output the data in a spreadsheet columnar format? Every single one...then the data can be filtered, compared, and copied into other documents.

Add OE Entry layout setting for form and copies printed for HOLDS
Would like to have the system capable of printing multiple copies for HOLDS, WORK ORDERS, same as for INVOICES currently.

EFW2 (CMS Electronic W-2) is not available in Denali
There is no selection for the CMS Electronic W-2 (generation of the EFW2 file) which was available in CMS Pro, but is not in Denali. The only option for e-filing the W-2s is through Aatrix which costs an additional amount. The file generation for upload to SSA should be part of Denali, as it was in CMS Pro.

Export of Data in AR
In AR, you can export data however if you try and export the Master report it looks like a jumbled mess. There is no way you can even try and fix it. Even the smaller reports exporting there are all kinds of blank cells and the data isnt' even lined up. I am trying to export my AR for credit reporting and it's been a nightmare. It simply doesn't work efficiently. I would like to be able to pick cells that I wish to see in my export data excel worksheet. This is really broken.

There are many ways to export information in Denali. If there is a specific format that is needed, our Customer Service representatives may be able to help. Many of the reports in the system will export directly into a columnar Excel format. We will also be adding more expanded export capabilities in the future.

Have transorder date in SAInvoices lock in the creation date. so it can be used in reporting.

Missing data for reports needs added to all reports ASAP
It happens over and over again when we want to customize any of the Crystal Reports. Not all of the data from the various tables are present. We then have to create additional data sources within the reports that do not always cooperate nicely. One example is printing Purchase Orders Integrated with Job Cost. The information is input to the PO but not available to the PO report forms.

AR shipping label
You should be able to choose which address to print on a shipping label instead of always choosing mailing address. We do books for Irrigation companies and the property owner does not always live at this address sometimes we need to send a statement to the tenant also.

Allow AR and All other modules address labels to choose start point on paper
Instead of printing the label at the starting point on First Row First Label, allow the client to choose where to start printing from like word does. This would be an easy way to use the partial sheet of labels.

Payroll Detail Leave History report
Would be useful to be able to print a leave report showing a detailed day by day history of when leave was used/paid for and when it was accrued/awarded. When an employee has a discrepancy with the amount showing on the pay stub, this report would be very beneficial in resolving any differences.

Payroll check printing should work like all other reports and allow you to display it to the screen.
It would be very handy to review payroll checks on screen before being forced to print them. All other reports in the Denali allow you to go to the screen.

1099 vendor reporting, not the 1099-MISC form printout
Add a specific report that displays All Vendors with "1099 Applicate" = TRUE and print the 1099 details. Even the Master Vendor list does not print this information. We had to create a "User defined field so we could generate a list but it is not a required field and forgotten about . . . It is crazy that the only report to get this information is to actually generate the 1099-MISC and we had to create a "User define" filed just to generate a list. Purchase Order Stock Item Cost Change Report for Price Decrease
Our inventory method is FIFO for Cost and Level Margin for Sales. We have uncovered the following in Denali:
- Inventory cost is correctly calculated based on FIFO, however, this does NOT apply when Denali calculates the Sales Price for items.For example -- If an item is currently in inventory at a cost of $5.00, and more are purchased at a price of $4.00 -- the Sale price is now calculated off the last cost of $4.00. This means when you sell the $5.00 item in inventory you will sell it at a LOSS! Since the system does NOT…

Discontinued Items Check Box
In inventory have a two check boxes. One for items you as a business has decided to discontinue and one for items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. If not 2, then at least one for discontinued. Then when running a movement report, for example, you could have an option to exclude all discontinued items. I know that you have a Alternate and Superseded boxes, but sometimes items are just discontinued. This would avoid the possibility of someone ordering an item you have decided to discontinue or an employee thinking an item is still available and telling a customer…
