My idea for improving Cougar Mountain is...

  1. On plain paper invoice make more room for larger quantity to print

    The quantity ordered and quantity shipped cuts off the 2nd number after the decimal point because the font is too large and there is a comma once the quantity goes over 1000. ie: 1,100.25. It cuts off the 5 on the invoice amount. This could be solved by removing the comma as it does not do this in Pro, only in Denali.

  2. reporting

    It takes anywhere from 1 - 2 minutes to generate an audit trail report for something as simple as a report for one account for one period and longer if you are running reports for multiple accounts or for multiple periods.

    Thanks for the feedback!

    Processing time varies with network environment factors, equipment speeds, and memory capacity. We are planning programming changes that will increase the speed of processing, especially for customers with extensive historical files. Watch for these changes in future updates.

  5. POS Gift Receipt

    In CMS for DOS, when reprinting a receipt there was a provision for selecting the receipt format - the default was the regular receipt, but by selecting a format that didn't include pricing, we were able to offer gift receipts for people purchasing clothes as gifts that might need to be exchanged.

  6. ADD SUPPORT FOR SQL ALWAYS ON

    PLEASE ADD SUPPORT TO CONNECT THE SQL TO AN SQL ALWAYS ON MIRROR FARM. IN THIS CONFIGURATION, INSTEAD OF POINTING TO A SPECIFIC INSTANCE IN SQL, THE CONNECTION STRING NEEDS TO POINT TO A TCP AVAILABILITY GROUP ( A CLUSTERED IP ADDRESS). FOR EXAMPLE: ON THE CONNECITON STRING, INSTEAD OF USING

    DataSource = SQL2012-VS1\SQL;

    I would use
    Data Source=TCP:SQL-AG1;
